About Me

I’m a Six Sigma certified and a legal professional, who designs and develops websites under his personal brand — I Build Awesome Website, catering to the digital marketing needs of startups and SMEs. I have worked with global brands and Hollywood celebrities, designing, developing, and maintaining their websites.

I got my first PC back in 1985 and learned my first programming languages Assembly, ANS-COBOL, Fortran, Pascal and C. My first online experience was in 1994 under Mozcom, during that time built my own BBS until he decided to upgrade the same to a simple HTML site.

Despite being just an avid PC enthusiast and not an IT graduate, I spearheaded the development of the Philippines’ very first Operating System — Kabayan Linux in late 1998; albeit was short-lived. I mastered the following web programming script and languages independently through experience:

As such, I’ve built gaming console emulators and ROMs as side projects. I also create video game mods for The Sims and Street Fighter V so long as I’ve got free time, although these are mainly NSFW.

Was one of the briliant minds behind the deprecated “Write” on the web functionality in Microsoft Edge, being part of its Project Spartan in early 2014.

I’m also the shadow that runs behind the world’s biggest free anime streaming website and was the Philippine affiliate of one of the biggest classified ads listing site in the US until 2018.

In mid 2019, I’ve co-developed a cryptocurrency — Victorum Coin and maintained its blockchain.

Professionally, I have an extensive managerial background in human relations, project management, business process improvement, and training management for shared services, business process outsourcing, contact center, and telemarketing industries with vast experience in corporate law, labor standards and labor relations.

With working portfolio and proven track record in incorporating of multinational companies before the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the Philippines and handling of labor complaints before the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC) Regional Arbitration Board (RAB) III.

Extensive exposure and knowledgeable in Moodle, Articulate Storyline and Studio `13 as well as aXcelerate (SMS). e-Learning and instructional design using ADDIE framework following SCRUM, Agile, and Traditional project management.
